GPT-4o then analyzes the transcript and extracts three categories of intelligence: action items (with assigned owner and deadline), key decisions made, and follow-up questions that need resolution.

The system automatically sends a formatted post-meeting email to all participants within 2 minutes of processing — no manual work, no forgotten items.
